Our skilled delivery team will deliver to your room of choice, assembly and removal of packaging is an optional extra and is available to order at checkout
On weekdays, we deliver your goods for free with a one-hour timeslot for your convenience. Along the way, you will also receive SMS updates to keep you informed.
After placing your order, we will deliver your goods to you within 7 – 14 days unless specified otherwise for individual products. We will bring your goods to your room of choice. To help us, please prepare the area of access and remove any items that could cause a trip hazard. This will avoid damage to your property and injury to our delivery team.
For transit, all items come wrapped in protective packaging. You can dispose of it through your usual household refuse/recycling collections. However, if you prefer, we can also remove the packaging for you. When making your purchase, please add this service at checkout.
At the same time as we deliver your items we can also remove and recycle your old bed/mattress for you from £20

All of our beds need some assembly before you can use them.
Divan beds usually come in two parts that need clipping together. You also need to bolt on the headboards as a separate item.
Wooden, fabric and metal beds come flat-packed for delivery so they need more assembly. If you don’t want to do this yourself or you find it difficult, we can do it for you. We can also take away the packaging for you as well.

Within 14 days of delivery, you can return unused items in their original packaging. We charge £30 for collection. This does not apply to orders made to your specification which are non-returnable. As soon as we receive the goods back into our warehouse, we will refund you via your original method of payment.

If your item develops a fault, please contact customer services on 01296 706210 or email sales@sleepunited.co.uk with a detailed description of the fault. We may ask you to send images where appropriate, or we may arrange an inspection at your home. This is usually done by an independent recognised body such as Homeserve Furniture Repairs or Fira
If we identify a manufacturing fault, we will issue a replacement of the same type and specification. We will try to replace exactly like for like and offer suitable alternatives where not possible.
