Returns & Refunds

Within 14 days of delivery, you can return unused items in their original packaging. We charge £30 for collection. This does not apply to orders made to your specification which are non-returnable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. we will refund you via your original method of payment, usually within 3 – 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@sleepunited.co.uk

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or ex-display items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the parameters of your consumer rights and the terms and conditions of the manufacturers guarantee. If your item develops a fault, please contact customer services on 01296 706210 or email sales@sleepunited.co.uk with a detailed description of the fault. We may ask you to send images where appropriate, or we may arrange an inspection at your home. This is usually done by an independent recognised body such as  Homeserve Furniture Repairs or Fira

If we identify a manufacturing fault, we will issue a replacement of the same type and specification. We will try to replace exactly like for like and offer suitable alternatives where not possible.
