We offer a free delivery service on weekdays with a one hour timeslot for your convenience.  Updates will also be sent by SMS along the way to keep you informed.

We aim to deliver your goods to you within 7 – 14 days of placing your order unless specified otherwise for individual products.  We deliver to your room of choice, it is helpful for our team if you can prepare the area of access and remove any items that could cause a trip hazard or potentially get knocked over or damaged.

All items are wrapped in protective packaging for transit which can be disposed of through your usual household refuse/recycling collections however we can do a removal service of the packaging if required, please ensure this is added at checkout when making your purchase.

All of our beds require some assembly before they can be used.  Divan beds usually come in two parts that need to be clipped together and headboards bolt on as a separate item.  Wooden, fabric and metal beds are flatpacked for delivery so require more assembly.  If you feel unable to do this yourself or simply don’t fancy it for £40 we can take all the hassle out of this for you.  For an extra £10 we can also remove the packaging for you as well. For your convenience we can remove and recycle your old bed/mattress for you from £40 at the same time as we deliver your new items.
