Delivery
We offer free delivery to mainland UK on weekdays. Once your order is ready for dispatch you will receive a one hour time slot 24 hrs before delivery.
Our expert 2 person delivery team will deliver to your room of choice. If you would like your items to be assembled, this service is available to add to your order at checkout. This can be added at a later date if required, but must be ordered prior to delivery in order to allow time to do the job.
Returns Policy
Online Orders: You can return pillows, mattress protectors and toppers at any time within 14 days after delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept them if they’re returned unused and unopened – still in their original packaging.
Beds, mattresses and other large items can also be returned if you let our Customer Service team know within 14 days after delivery.
We charge £50 for collection.
For returns on products ordered online, you have a responsibility to take care of the goods while they remain in your possession.
Refunds
We’ll raise any refunds at the time of cancellation, and they’ll be processed when the goods to be returned have reached us or been collected via your original method of payment
